BB&A serves the energy, water, wastewater and transportation industries. We offer independent development, review and assessment of strategic plans and initiatives to clients in the private and public sectors. Our approach centers on optimization, efficiency, affordability and sustainability with services designed to enhance our clients’ governance, communication, project delivery, resources, and systems integration.

BB&A understands the need to build consensus across stakeholder groups and develop and communicate approaches that are actionable by policy makers, customers and organizations as a whole. 

How do we do it?

We draw on our experience in working with public agencies and private companies over three decades apiece. We articulate the challenge. We meet with the stakeholders. We identify both roadblocks and areas of compromise. We advocate and explain why a certain path or plan makes sense. We help articulate that plan to the stakeholders from customers to board members. We work with staff to put in place new ideas and processes. We bring independence and credibility because we have done it before.
